Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the Nursing Process in delivering patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patient groups.
• Communicate, delegate and manage nursing team resources within the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Utilize data and knowledge to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Support customer satisfaction and staff morale through professional nursing practice.
• Other related duties as required.
