Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care to residents using current standards and guidelines.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs.
• Coordinate shift services and care plans with nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate charts, medication administration records, and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and others to implement care plans.
