Job summary

Empire Care Centers Buckhead Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during night shift. You will assess resident needs, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and lead interdisciplinary care planning with the DON and Unit Manager.

You will drive quality improvement initiatives, prepare QM/QI reports, and implement educational plans to maintain high standards of care across the center. GA licensed RNs with 2–3 years of RN experience encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• GA RN license required.
• 2–3 years of RN experience.
• Experience with interdisciplinary care planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON with staffing and staff orientation.
• Lead nursing program planning with the DON and Unit Manager.
• Provide nursing leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Ensure timely compliance between nurses, CNAs, and medical staff.
• Initiate and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.

Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

At Empire Care Centers, we understand the importance of providing exceptional care to our residents. We're seeking an RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The RN Supervisor will assess resident needs, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise both LPNs and CNAs.

Shift: 11P-7A

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing – Recommendations regarding the needs of the Nursing department, interviews, hires, and orients professional staff.
• Clinical Leadership – the RN Supervisor Works with the DON and Unit Manager to effectively plan, organize, direct, and implement a comprehensive nursing program
• Provides Nursing Leadership to meet the goals of the organization and the individual center
• Works with the DON to ensure timely and accurate compliance between nurses, CNAs, and professional medical staff.
• Initiates and actively participates in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• The RN Supervisor ensures the Interdisciplinary Care Plan addresses all triggered indicators.
• Collaborates with nursing caregivers and other disciplines to obtain information on residents' status and progress toward care plan goals.
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of other disciplines
• Prepares accurate reports of the Quality Measure/Quality Indicators (QM/QI) derived from the RAI/MDS. Performs tracking and trend analysis of this data to enhance the knowledge of the Interdisciplinary Team and improve the quality of care through performance improvement initiatives.
• Active involvement in Quality Improvement.
• Implements an educational plan to meet changing program or service needs for self and others.

Requirements:
