Job summary

Eastern Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities performed by CNAs and LPNs. The role requires adherence to federal, state, and local standards and the ability to maintain high-quality care at all times.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and residents’ responses in medical records.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
