RN Supervisor CV Tele Full Time Days Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor, in collaboration with the Director, is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the assigned department, including all aspects of patient care, staffing, fiscal responsibility, and strategic goals of the unit. They serve as a designated leader responsible for the implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Supervisor maintains clinical and professional competency appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population. Service excellence behaviors are promoted at all times.

Qualifications for the RN Supervisor CV Tele Full Time Days

The candidate must possess the following education, licenses/certifications, and experience:

• Competency in all assigned areas.
• Proven leadership skills, including achievement, management, interpersonal relations, problem-solving, critical thinking, positive communication, and personal performance.
• Minimum Licensure and Certification: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state of residence is required. If holding an RN license from another Compact state, the candidate must apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License in their state of residence within 30 days. CPR certification is required. Additional certifications are determined by the specific unit.
• Preferred education includes a BSN or active pursuit of a degree with a designated graduation date.
• Relevant mandatory certifications for the department must be obtained within the orientation period.

Experience and Additional Certification Requirements

• 2-3 years of acute care or comparable experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Certifications as required by the designated unit assignment.
