Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Two years' clinical experience in the same or similar specialty.
• One year Charge nurse or equivalent experience.
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• BSN preferred, upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate clinical operations, programs and resources to ensure safe, cost-effective patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, manage and evaluate work of clinical and administrative staff; ensure training and performance standards are met.
• Assess services, patient outcomes, quality control, and staffing needs to optimize care delivery and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with management to standardize practices and drive quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Determine staffing levels and monitor schedules to meet budgetary and operational goals.
