Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a registered nurse to assist in planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. The role provides clinical support to staff and patients and may function as a staff nurse when needed.

You will assume managerial duties delegated by a manager, adhere to Mercy Service Standards, and contribute to compassionate, high-quality care within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• RN licensure in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years' experience in patient care is required.
• Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate the operations and patient care of designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assume managerial duties delegated by a manager.
