This role oversees nursing staff, ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, and coordinates unit operations during shifts. You will work with management to promote teamwork and clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, BSN within 24 months, and oncology/BMT experience. ACLS and chemotherapy certifications should be obtained within the specified onboarding period.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BSN preferred within 24 months of hire.
• 1+ year experience in Oncology/BMT.
• ACLS and chemotherapy immunotherapy certs within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and quality.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to foster teamwork and improved outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor productivity.
• Oversee inventory control and supply management.
