Roxbury Treatment Center in Shippensburg, PA is seeking an RN House Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the dayshift, providing administrative and clinical supervision to all facility staff.

The role collaborates with Medical Staff, DON and leaders to coordinate patient care, oversee charting, incident reporting, and admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring safety and high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent in psychiatric nursing management.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current PA RN license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of patient care with Medical Staff, DON, and facility leaders.
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct chart audits for compliance.
• Review incident reports and ensure immediate action and documentation for patient safety.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and patient care during shift.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with Intake and Admissions.
