Job summary

York Nursing and Rehabilitation in Philadelphia is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a dedicated care team and oversee daily clinical operations. You will supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, perform regular patient rounds, and provide coaching to staff to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
• Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular rounding on patients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
