Qualifications

• Leads a team including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Conducts regular rounds to assess patient needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provides ongoing coaching and feedback to staff for growth and development.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintains accurate records and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct regular rounding on patients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff members to promote professional growth and development
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards
