Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Conduct regular rounding on patients to assess needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff to promote professional growth.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
