RN Supervisor (Ambulatory Care)

Location:National City
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM (flexibility required)
Pay: $51.47 - $67.18/hour
Requirements: RN License, BLS, 1+ year RN clinical & leadership experience, Spanish speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
Supervise the nursing and MA team at a high-volume ambulatory care site. Deliver patient-centered care while ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Direct daily care team operations

Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff

Ensure readiness for audits and inspections

Provide patient care support as needed

Lead implementation of care quality protocols

Monitor and guide immunization practices

Represent site in clinical quality meetings

Drive clinic compliance with health regulations

Assist with team-based care model integration

Maintain staff coverage and workflow coordination

Required Qualifications :

Requirements/Qualifications:

Active CA RN License, BLS certified

ADN required; BSN or related degree preferred

1+ year RN experience in a leadership role

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical documentation systems
