RN Supervisor - Ambulatory Care

Location: San Diego (with travel between 2 clinics – (both within10 mins)
Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
Pay: $51.47 – $67.18/hour + $500 monthly stipend
Requirements: RN License, BLS, 1+ year RN clinical & leadership experience, Spanish speaking preferred
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
Lead and oversee care delivery across three ambulatory sites. Balance direct patient care and supervisory duties while driving clinical excellence and team performance.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily clinical ops across multiple sites

Lead RN and MA staffing, onboarding, and evaluations

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality goals

Support staffing schedules and fill in as needed

Maintain audit readiness and infection control standards

Serve as site nursing rep in CQI meetings

Coordinate immunization compliance

Guide implementation of evidence-based practices

Uphold Patient-Centered Medical Home standards

Collaborate on performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications :

Reliable transportation for minimal site travel
