Job Description :

Location: El Cajon
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexibility required)
Pay: $51.47 – $67.18/hour + $2,000 sign-on bonus
Requirements: RN License, BLS, 1+ year RN & supervisor experience, valid CA driver’s license
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
Lead a Behavioral Health nursing team focused on mental health and substance use services. Oversee patient care, triage, compliance, and support quality initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Supervise BH RNs and MAs across site

Conduct triage and injectable appointments

Coordinate patient services and team workflows

Oversee BH documentation and EHR compliance

Ensure coverage and manage time-off requests

Lead BH team QI and compliance audits

Collaborate with TOC, HIV, and specialty programs

Support training and onboarding of BH staff

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and huddles

Provide cross-site clinical coverage as needed

Required Qualifications :

Active CA RN License, BLS certified

ADN required; BSN preferred

1+ year supervisory and RN experience

Behavioral Health experience preferred

CA driver’s license and reliable transportation
