Qualifications

• Nursing degree required with two years of clinical experience.
• Current Ohio RN license and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with substance abuse/chemically dependent patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to RNs and other clinical personnel.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations of nursing staff.
• Address and resolve patient and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to nursing activities and patient care.
