Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Westville Correctional Facility team in Westville, IN. The RN provides holistic nursing care within scope and collaborates with the DON and Nursing Supervisor to address inmates’ physical, psychological, and social needs.

The position offers full-time day or night shifts (three 12-hour shifts weekly, every other weekend) and a comprehensive benefits package: health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), generous

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required.
• RN license or ability to obtain one is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and criminal background check)

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Collaborate with the DON and Nursing Supervisor and with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Ensure comprehensive care planning and timely response to evolving patient conditions.

We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team at Westville Correctional Facility located in Westville, Indiana.

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shift

• Full-time Days, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend
• Full-time Nights, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend
