Sterling Care Riverside seeks an experienced RN Supervisor for a 3pm-11pm shift in Maryland. You will oversee nursing units, ensure quality care, administer medications, document care, and implement resident schedules in line with nursing management policies.

MD RN license required with 5 years RN experience; supervision/leadership preferred. Sterling Care Riverside offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package.

Summary/Objective

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the nursing units. Must be an experienced Registered Nurse. They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
