Job summary

Sterling Care Riverside is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend coverage (7am–11pm). You will oversee nursing units, ensure quality care within policy, supervise staff, and coordinate schedules to meet residents’ needs.

The role requires an active MD RN license and at least 5 years of RN experience, including LTC/SNF settings; supervisory duties are preferred. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

They interact with supervisory discipline to assure quality care is provided within policies and parameters defined by the nursing management. Duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents care and implementation of schedules per residents.
