Job summary

Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate patient care on the 2nd shift, including every weekend. You will evaluate care plans, direct licensed staff, and ensure timely delivery of services across campus.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily assignments, delivering emergency care when needed, and coordinating with the DON and on-site providers to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• NC RN license required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong assessment skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and direct patient care for assigned tours.
• Ensure the care plan is implemented for all residents.
• Oversee licensed staff performance and daily assignments.
• Act as staff nurse when needed across campus.
• Provide emergency care as needed and coordinate with the DON.
• Communicate with on-site providers and outpatient clinics to coordinate resident care.
