Job summary

Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community in Raleigh, NC is seeking a registered nurse to provide administrative supervision to clients and staff of Home Care, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining medical records, coordinating with schedulers, recruiting and supervising caregivers, and acting as Administrator in the absence of the Community Services Director; licensure and training completion required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in North Carolina.
• 3+ years of geriatrics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to collaborate with supervisors and staff.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and direct resident nursing care.
• Completion of Home Care Licensure Applicant Training Course.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Springmoor Home Care policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate medical records and ensures documentation is current and compliant.
• Recruitment, hiring, supervision, and evaluation of caregiver personnel.
• Coordinate with Home Care schedulers for staff qualifications and assignments.
• Ensure appropriate levels of care based on assessed needs and collaborate with allied health providers.
• Oversee staff orientation, development, and required training.
