Genesis Administrative Services LLC is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) to support the Director of Nursing and supervise clinical operations. The role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring safety and satisfaction for patients and families, and maintaining compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate has a registered nurse license, BLS/CPR, 3+ years of clinical experience (2 years in long-term care; 1 year in supervisory capacity) and preferably a

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school with current RN licensure.
• At least 3 years of full-time clinical experience; 2 years in long-term care with 1 year in management/supervisory role preferred; BSN preferred.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivering efficient and effective care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.
• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead the clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift including ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide 24/7 care while limiting overtime and agency personnel.
• Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentor staff, and make recommendations for promotions, transfers and terminations.
