Job summary

Lutheran Services Carolinas seeks an RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations at Trinity Glen in Park Terrace, NC. You will supervise nurses, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an NC RN license with 1–2 years supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency with electronic documentation. This on-site role includes weekend rotation and leadership of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license required.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and maintain resident care standards.
• Participate in QA/PI initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise Charge Nurses, Staff Nurses, and Nursing Assistants.
• Provide staff training, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Monitor medication administration and conduct rounds.
• Collaborate on care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Address resident/family concerns with dignified care.
