Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab in Salisbury, NC seeks a 2nd Shift Nurse (LPN or RN) for 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. shifts. Immediate opening with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and shift differentials. Administer medications, maintain records, and supervise staff in a compassionate senior living setting. North Carolina RN/LPN license and CPR are required; 2 years' experience preferred.
