Job summary

Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare in New York, NY seeks an experienced Registered Nurse RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff on the 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts. Per diem position with weekend rotation offers competitive pay and a collaborative team environment.

You will ensure high-quality patient care, respond to emergencies, mentor junior nurses, and work closely with the Director of Nursing to maintain standards and safety. NY RN license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a NY RN License.
• Performs emergency response and life-safety duties.
• Leads nursing staff and coordinates with DON.
• Adaptable to shifting responsibilities of RN Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary assistance.
• Guide staff and work closely with the DON and staff.
• Take on all responsibilities of the RN role as needed.
