VMP Healthcare and Community Living is looking for two RN Supervisors to join our team!

You will assume responsibility for coordinating nursing personnel to assure optimal delivery of nursing care to residents on a shift, implementing administrative responsibilities, activities, policies, and procedures for the skilled nursing facility while working within their scope of practice and licensure.

Job Responsibility Overview:

  • Supervises 15 to 30 employees in the Nursing Department.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • The supervisor is responsible to notify administrator and D.O.N. and social services via group text message of any and all incidents, accidents, allegations and resident concerns.
