Arbor Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a full-time 11PM–7AM role. The position offers an all-inclusive hourly rate of $38–$60 and daily pay options.

You will supervise nursing care, provide clinical oversight, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and compassionate resident care. Qualified candidates will have an active RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• BLS certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions as required.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, teams, residents, and families regarding changes in condition.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote teamwork and professional leadership to foster a positive work environment.

• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.

• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
