Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency is seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee and coordinate nursing activities within a 192-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. You will organize and supervise staff and unit operations while providing clinical expertise to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires NY RN license, with experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's care, and strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold NY RN license.
• Geriatric, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's patient experience preferred.
• Progressive nursing experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Patience, compassion and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility and teamwork orientation.
