Job summary

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Uniondale, NY is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. You will oversee the nursing department’s daily operations, support staff, and ensure exceptional resident care.

The role requires an RN license in New York, at least 2 years in long-term care with leadership experience preferred, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to foster a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care.

Salary: $55/hour
