Job summary

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing, located in Uniondale, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for weekend leadership. This part-time role covers 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM shifts, with a competitive hourly rate and a collaborative leadership team.

You will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high-quality resident care while supporting the DON and ADON in a fast-paced long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in New York State.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Dedicated to maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive work environment.
