Job summary

Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate RN Manager for a full-time day shift. You will lead the nursing team, ensure high-quality resident care, and partner with the Director of Nursing and physicians to optimize outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold PA RN licensure, have at least 1 year in a healthcare setting, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to uphold best practices in skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• PA RN license required, valid under state regulations.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a healthcare facility.
