As an Evening Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, medications, and treatments while ensuring adherence to facility policies and procedures
Supervising a team of nursing staff to deliver exceptional care, addressing concerns, and providing feedback and coaching
Coordinating patient care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Monitoring and reporting patient status, concerns, and changes to the healthcare team
Maintaining accurate records, implementing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Collaborating with the Night Shift Manager to develop and implement evening shift goals, objectives, and workflows
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care
