Job summary

Independence Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care. The role focuses on operational oversight and collaborative care planning in a full-time capacity at our Philadelphia facility.

You will mentor staff, uphold regulatory standards, and participate in ongoing quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. A PA RN license and leadership background are preferred.

About the Role:

As a RN Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. In this full-time position, you will be expected to:

Requirements:
