Job summary

White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for day and evening shifts. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee frontline staff (LVNs and CNAs), ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with physicians to update resident care plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active California RN license, CPR/BLS, and prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Prior charge nurse or supervisory experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Experience with Title 22 long-term care regulations preferred.
• Experience using PCC for electronic health records and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shifts.
• Supervise and mentor LVNs and CNAs; deliver performance feedback.
• Perform digital clinical audits in PCC to ensure medical record accuracy.
• Maintain shift-wide regulatory compliance with California Title 22 and federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to update resident care plans.
