Benedictine in Saint Paul, MN seeks an RN Supervisor to lead and mentor our nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care. You will develop, train, and manage a capable staff while aligning with our mission and core values.

The role participates in quality assurance, enforces policies, and coordinates an after-hours on-call rotation with the DON. A current RN license and strong computer skills are required, with management and long-term care experience preferred.

• The RN Supervisor participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department’s quality assurance program.
• The RN Supervisor ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.

This position will participate in the facility's scheduled after-hours on-call rotation. While the official administrative framework requires signing for an alternating, every-other-week rotation, the actual operational rotation is anticipated to occur approximately every three (3) weeks, in coordination with DON.
