Benedictine in Saint Paul, MN seeks an RN Supervisor to lead and mentor our nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care. You will develop, train, and manage a capable staff while aligning with our mission and core values.

The role participates in quality assurance, enforces policies, and coordinates an after-hours on-call rotation with the DON. A current RN license and strong computer skills are required, with management and long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
• Management experience in nursing preferred.
• Experience in a long term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentoring and leadership to the nursing team.
• Develop, train, and manage a successful and fulfilled team.
• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department’s quality assurance program.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate after-hours on-call rotation with DON as described.
