Benedictine in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team. The RN will perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations while maintaining professional nursing standards.

The role requires current MN RN licensure, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. You will educate residents and families and collaborate with the care team in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RN licensure in good standing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintain nursing standards.

This position is based on the principles of integrated nursing, and includes performing assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining standards of professional nursing.

• The RN develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
• The RN demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
