Benedictine Living Community-Winona in Winona, MN is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure that residents receive high-quality care. The RN Supervisor will mentor, train, and provide hands-on leadership to support both staff and residents in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The RN Supervisor will participate in quality assurance, uphold policies, and guide day shifts with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Management experience in nursing preferred.
• Experience in a long term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department's quality assurance program.
