LTCG invites applications for an RN 11-7 Supervisor to lead the nursing team on acute and long-term care units outside Philadelphia, PA. This full-time role supports resident care excellence and regulatory compliance while ensuring staffing aligns with the budget.

The successful candidate will supervise RNs and CNAs, mentor staff, and collaborate with nursing leaders to enhance resident outcomes. Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits offered.

Competenze

• Current registered nurse license preferably issued by the state of Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated competence in leadership, effective communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to perform functions as itemized in physical and environmental requirements of the job.
• Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
• Implement facility procedures to provide resident care.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.

• Ensure safety of residents, customers and facility through awareness of and conscientious application of policies and procedures and emergency responses.
• Promotes regulatory compliance through demonstrating working knowledge of long term care regulations and participating in efforts towards consistent survey readiness and assisting with completing plan of correction.

We have a great opportunity for a RN 11-7 Supervisor position to join our team, working on the acute and long term care unit. We are located in the suburban area outside of Philadelphia, PA. The position is a Monday through Friday positon.

We are currently seeking a qualified RN 11-7 Supervisor to join our team, working on the acute and long term care unit.

The ideal candidate is someone with the qualifications that can lead the team of Nurses and CNA's in providing excellent resident care.

Essential Functions of the RN 11-7 Supervisor are, but are not limited to:
