Nationwide Healthcare Services in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to supervise an acute and long-term care unit outside Philadelphia. The role involves leading a team of nurses and CNAs to maintain high standards of resident care.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license (preferably state-issued) and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure appropriate staffing and QA across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current registered nurse license, preferably issued by the state.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to perform functions per physical and environmental requirements of the job.
• Take appropriate action to assure adequate staffing to provide resident care.
• Supervise and assess resident care and take appropriate action.
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and local long term care requirements.

We are currently seeking a qualified RN Unit Manager to join our team, working on the acute and long term care unit.

The ideal candidate is someone with the qualifications that can lead the team of Nurses and CNA's in providing excellent resident care.

RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
