Job summary

Shippenville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) Manager for a full-time, day shift position in Pennsylvania. You will lead an interdisciplinary care team, develop and monitor personalized care plans, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and physicians to optimize resident care, perform admission and discharge assessments, and review care plan modifications to maintain high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• PA RN licensure required.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare facility experience.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing standards and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between families and the care team, addressing concerns and building trust.
• Developing, implementing, and updating personalized care plans for residents.
• Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to uphold exceptional care standards.
