Excelcare at Troy Hills is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee night-shift clinical operations, staff supervision, and patient care delivery. This role demands strong clinical leadership in a skilled nursing environment.

You will coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and families to promote high-quality outcomes. Active RN license and 1+ years in long-term care required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1+ years of RN experience, preferably in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
