Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Florida. The role oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts under the Director of Nursing, ensuring care aligns with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include supervising care planning, assessing residents, conducting rounds, and providing or assisting with direct resident care as needed. BSN preferred; active Florida RN license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Peripheral IV certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• English language proficiency; additional languages helpful.

All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.
