Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations and uphold care standards.
• Staff Guidance: Mentor nursing staff to ensure they adhere to job expectations and deliver outstanding care.
• Regulatory Compliance: Assist with facility surveys and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular rounds to maintain high standards of nursing care.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• RN License: Must hold a valid RN license in New York State.
• Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with a preference for managerial experience.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven skills in leading and motivating a nursing team.
