Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the evening and weekend nursing team in our facility. The role focuses on high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and collaborative leadership.

You will supervise staff, develop care plans with residents and families, oversee med administration, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RN license or compact license required.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a nursing team with compassion and integrity.
• Maintain accurate records and protect resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care.
