Job summary

Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time night shift (11 PM–7 AM, EOW) in Yardley, PA. The role provides clinical leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports daily nursing operations to promote safe and compassionate resident care.

Qualified candidates must hold a PA RN license and BLS CPR certification, with 2+ years of nursing experience. Supervisory experience is not required—training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely resident care.

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and staff about changes in condition or care needs.

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of PA
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
