Yardley Rehabilitation in Yardley, PA is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with Daily Pay and starting pay of $37–$42 per hour.

The RN will deliver skilled clinical care, monitor resident conditions, and ensure care plans meet established standards and individual needs. Marquis Health Consulting Services supports our commitment to excellence and resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards and the physician's plan of treatment and care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments as per the plan of care.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).
• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
