Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Nursing Supervisor. You will oversee the nursing team, coordinate interdisciplinary care, and ensure the highest quality of resident care in a compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and collaboration with families to develop individualized care plans while maintaining resident dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality nursing care.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans.
• Implement care plans with a resident-centered focus.
• On-call rotation.
• Work one major holiday and one minor holiday.
• Utilize resources for counseling and discharge planning and adjust care plans as needs change.

In this vital role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the delivery of effective, high-quality nursing care

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you should meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Preferred: experience in pain management and IV skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Skilled Nursing with Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or Supervisor experience
