Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.
• Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.
• Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.
