Job summary

Riverside Post Acute is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations in a high-quality care setting. This role oversees daily nursing activities, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides leadership to the nursing staff to promote optimal resident outcomes.

The position includes full-time hours with on-site commitment at our Jacksonville facility and a competitive benefits package. Strong clinical leadership and collaboration with physicians and staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of FL.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes in condition or needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on urgency.
• Support adherence to nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and leadership.

WEEKEND SUPERVISOR – 7 AM- 7 PM EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

EVENING SUPERVISOR – 11 PM- 7 AM- MONDAY- FRIDAY
